The 'Outreach' filter within the Contact Search will help you filter out the contacts from our Sales.Rocks database that you have already contacted with any of your campaigns sent through the Drip Campaigns Module. It contains 3 sub-filters: Already Contacted?, Last Contacted, and contacted By Campaign.
1. The Already Contacted? Filter gives the option to select between 'Yes' and 'No' and can check and filter out contacts from our database that you have or haven't contacted with any campaign from your Sales.Rocks account.
2. The Last Contacted Filter has 3 relations: 'Exactly', 'Less Than' and 'More Than' after which you can input any number of days that will define the time when the contacts from our database have been last contacted.
3. The By Campaign Filter has a drop-down option from which you can choose to filter out contacts from our database that have been contacted by a specific campaign created on your Sales.Rocks account.
