1. What is the Phone Verifier?
If you have phone numbers for which you are not sure whether they reach the person you need to get in contact with, just run your phone numbers list through our Phone Verifier feature and we will let you know their full diagnosis 🧪 Good news is - you can verify both mobile and landline phone numbers!
What does it do? 🤔 Multiple checks in order to deliver the best and most accurate results, such as:
- Checks whether the number is in the correct Format
- Gives back the local and international format of the number
- Checks the Type - whether the email is mobile or landline
- Checks the Phone Status - valid (in use) or invalid
- Checks the Phone provider
Note: You DO NOT need to use the Phone Verifier to check the status of the numbers you’ve downloaded from the Sales.Rocks platform, since we guarantee the quality of our data 😎 The Phone Verifier is a complementary tool, meant to help you verify numbers which you might have downloaded from another data provider or found somewhere online.
2. How to use the Phone Verifier
There are 2 options to verify your emails:
- Individual Phone Verification
- Bulk Phone Verification
2.1. Individual Phone Verification
If you have just a few numbers to check, then the Individual Phone Verification is the right thing for you!
Start with entering the phone number and click on Verify ⬇️

2.2. Bulk Phone Verification
If you have a bunch of phone numbers to check, then click on the "+ New Bulk Verification" button!
Start by typing a name for your verification. Please check the required format as in the example below, before you upload your phone numbers file ⬇️

Next, choose the source of your phone numbers:
- By Textbook, where you can type in the numbers you'd like to be checked
- By uploading an Excel (CSV) file
- By Google Sheets URL

If you choose the last, make sure that the link is publicly available (shareable - viewer or editor):

Next, you'll get a preview of the number of available numbers in your file, whether any duplicates or incorrect formats were found, and how many credits will be deducted for the correct formats

Once the verification process is done and your verified file is ready for download, you'll receive an email notification on the email you choose.
To download your processed file, please navigate to "Phone Verifier" and click on the Order Number of the list you need:

You'll be able to choose which types of verified phone numbers you'd like to download (All, Valid, Invalid phones, Invalid Formats), then click on "Download results".
