The platform is a cloud-based platform and sends actions from different IP addresses. LinkedIn and many other tools have high-security measures for tracking automated activities.

Therefore, a proxy is mandatory to use since it helps with linking your session on LinkedIn to a strict IP address and it seems on LinkedIn's side that you are continuously logged in from the same session, limiting the risk of being tracked that you're using automation tools and being blocked. 
 
There are different proxy sellers that you can find such as  webshare.io,  proxyrack.com,  proxy-sale.com etc.
 
 
Let's continue with an example and steps on how to get a proxy.

  

  1. Navigate to the profile of your Proxy provider. For our example, we'll purchase a proxy from https://proxy-sale.com/



  2. Log in with your credentials or register your account

  3. Once logged in, hover over ‘Buy proxy’ and select the country you want the proxy to originate from (leave IPv4 selected)

  4. After you select the country, you are navigated to choose the purpose, amount, and duration of the proxy
    Choose a duration that will cover the entire duration of your Sales.Rocks campaign.

  5. Complete the order form: under Specify service, select LinkedIn, under Authorization method user+pass, and select your payment method

  6. After the payment, you get a confirmation on proxy-sale and your registered mail account. You can now navigate to your account and access the proxy settings. Click on IPv4 orders and your purchased proxy should be in this table.
