What's different from the Company Search is that in the Contact Search, you can also select the Contact's professional location. What does that mean you ask? 🤔
Well, when using the Contact Search, you might have noticed that when you select the "Company HQ" Location, in the results there will be contact profiles with a location different from the selected one. This is due to the fact that many companies have branches all around the world and the contact you're looking for could be professionally located (working) in some of those branches from the company, which might be in a different country/continent/region than the "Company HQ" one.
Example ➡️ The company has been registered in the Netherlands as a Dutch company, but it also has offices in France, USA and Japan. If the prospect works from the office in the USA, they will be in the search results as well even though the Netherlands was selected as "Company HQ" (Dutch company, person working in the US office).
If it's important for you that the prospects are also working only in the selected location from the "Company HQ" filter, then click on "Add Filter" ➡️ "Contact Location" ➡️ select the preferred location.
