When doing searches for your targeted markets and ICPs, in most cases you would get a lot of contacts that are working for the same company.
So, the Contact Search selections now offer the option to select 'X' number of Contacts from the same company for your lists.
To select 'X' number of Contacts per company, filter out your ICP with the Contact Search Filters.
Then, click on the 'Actions' button (blue arrow pointing downwards at the top of the search results table), and choose the 'Select' option.
In the 'Select' option type in the number of Contacts, you want to select from the results and then add how many Contacts you want to save from the same company.
❗ Apply the selection and save it to your Lists or download it as an Excel file.
Use Cases:
1. Using the filter for company size with smaller ranges:
The 'X' Number of Contacts per company comes in handy when you are searching for contacts from smaller companies.
You would want to avoid contacting multiple people from the same company with the same email template, so it is best to limit the number of contacts from the same company saved within your prospecting list.
If you have a selection of 1000 contacts and choose the option "2 Contacts per company", only 2 Contacts from the same company will be saved in your list.
This limits the possibility of contacting multiple people with the same content.

2. Using the job title filter with similar job title keywords:
When you try to filter contacts with specific job titles, we advise using the 'X' number of Contacts per Company when you are doing the selection of the contacts.
If multiple people are working for the same company with the same or similar job title, you can limit your contact to only one of them and avoid inconsistencies in your prospecting.
